As you will go through the dashbaord, please have in mind the following rules that we follow to provide you with accurate and live data

Subscriptions Tab

  • Here, we are taking into account the Free trials in the active and new suscriptions

  • For the graph 'New subscriptions and churn', only the users taking a subscription for the very first time are taken into account.

Example - A user A subscribed in June 2022 and unsubscribe several months later.

If A comes back in May 2023, it will move from 'Churn' to 'New' in June 2022

Cohorts Tab

  • The Free trials are not included in the graph 'Retention Cohort' (in the column Total)

  • The Grace Periods are included in the graph 'Retention Cohort'

  • For the graph 'Retention Cohort', only the users taking a subscription for the very first time are taken into account.

That means the Total can change over time

Example - A user A subscribed in June 2022 and unsubscribe several months later.

If A comes back in May 2023, it will be back in the cohort of June 2022

Trial Tab

  • A free trial can still be ongoing if there is some issues with the payment (status = 'Free trials started').

The stores will keep this status for 60 days before unsubscribing the client (status = 'Free trials not converted')

  • Tips - Take into consideration the lenght of your free trial to better read the graph and the 'on-going' trials

Events Tab

  • Think about unselecting 'ALL', then select the categories and the specific events that you need to look at.

  • The event 'IntroOfferStarted' takes into account all the subscribers who had an intro offer at some points, no matter if they are new suscribers or existing subscribers taking a new subscription
