If you have already implemented In-App Purchases inside your app, you no longer need to submit a version to add new products, but Apple still needs to review them.

With some exceptions, this review process is usually quick (under 24h) but in some circumstances Apple will take more time to review it.
You can appeal for an expedited review of your products from the Developer portal.

  1. Select "App Review"

  2. Select "Expedited App Review Request"

  3. Describe why you need the products to be validated quickly and provide the In-App Purchase products identifier.
